The white, round head with crisp, juicy, sweet, and moderately compact leaves reaches 1.5 kg within 60 days of transplanting. Resistant to cracking, you can harvest it in the next 20 days when its mass comes to 2 kg. Use 70 x 40 cm spacing as a first crop on the open field, provide good care and protection, and it will yield around 70 t/ha after 80 days. Or plant it as a second crop and expect 60 t/ha after 60 days. It’s ideal for summer salads, as well as for sauerkraut. Enjoy the attractive curl of its thin-veined leaves.
