Transplant this cabbage relatively densely, 4-5 plants per m², and harvest heads weighing 2 kg in 70 days, and 3 kg in 90 days. The hard heads, also called ‘Pigeon’ or ‘Colorful One’ due to their green-pink color, can sit on the field for a long time without cracking. After the harvest, consume them fresh, ferment, or keep in cold storage until mid-winter. With their pretty colors, chefs artfully arrange and present their taste visually, and sauerkraut juice drinkers have a pink option for both stomach and head.
