You’ll hardly decide what to admire more on this plant – very tasty, tubular, blue-green leaves, that densely protrude from gentle, small bulb, to height of 15-30 cm, or to red and purple half-domed corymbs, from May to July. Use chives when it’s fresh or dry it for later.
